Putnam Place, at 63A Putnam Street in downtown Saratoga Springs. It’s a private venue for up to 200 seated or 400 standing, with a full bar, a real stage, pro sound and lights, and an LED Video Wall.
How far ahead should we book a holiday party?
As early as you can, especially for a Friday or Saturday in December. Weeknights are easier to get, and sometimes a few weeks is enough. Send us your date and guest count and we’ll reply with live availability.
Do you have holiday party packages?
We build a custom quote around your guest count, bar style and food instead of fixed packages. Tell us what you’re imagining and we’ll send a quote.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Use one of our local Saratoga partner caterers or bring your own. Caterers prep off-site and serve from their own setup, so plated dinners, stations and passed apps all work.
Can we do a toast, awards or a slideshow?
Yes. Pro PA and wireless mics (handheld and lav) for toasts and awards, and a giant LED Video Wall for a year-in-review slideshow. We’ll test your files before guests arrive.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes. Public lot directly across Putnam Street, metered street parking on the block, and several parking garages within a short walk. Hampton Inn, Saratoga Arms, The Adelphi and Holiday Inn are all within ten minutes on foot.
