What’s the capacity for a plated dinner fundraiser?
Up to 200 seated for a plated dinner format, with room for a stage program, auction tables, and a bar. For cocktail-style fundraisers with passed apps and stations, we can host up to 400.
Do you have AV strong enough for an auctioneer and live program?
Yes. Pro PA, wireless mics (handheld and lav), HD projector, dual screens, and a confidence monitor on the stage. Your auctioneer can work the room without dragging a corded mic across the floor.
Can we display sponsor logos prominently?
Yes. The stage backdrop, projector screens, and lighting rig all support sponsor branding. We can run sponsor logos on the big screen between program segments, light the stage in sponsor colors, or host activation tables along the back wall.
What bar packages do you offer for fundraisers?
Anything from full open bar (sponsor-funded, often) to ticketed drink packages, signature cocktails priced as add-on donations, or cash bar with a portion donated back. Tell us the model and we’ll build the math.
Is parking accessible for older guests?
Yes. Public lot directly across Putnam Street, metered street parking on the block, and several parking garages within a short walk. The venue is single-floor with accessible bathrooms and accessible bar service.
When is The Patio at Putnam open?
The patio is seasonal — typically May through October, weather permitting. When it’s open, it’s an excellent cocktail-hour space before guests come inside for the program.
