Can we run a multi-day off-site here?
Yes. The room flexes from boardroom (30-50) up to keynote (300+) across the same day. Most multi-day clients use Putnam for keynote and banquet portions and a nearby hotel meeting room for breakouts — Hampton Inn and Saratoga Arms are both within a ten-minute walk.
Do you have AV capable of supporting a keynote presentation?
Yes. Pro PA, wireless mics (handheld and lav), HD projector, dual screens, and a confidence monitor on the stage. For high-end productions — multi-camera, livestream, custom lighting cues — we can bring in additional AV on request.
Can we have it catered breakfast, lunch, and dinner all in one day?
Yes. Our partner caterers handle full-day events with three meal windows. Caterers prep off-site and serve from their own setup, so changeovers are quick and your sessions don’t get held hostage by a late buffet.
Is there fast wifi for streaming or hybrid sessions?
Yes — symmetric business fiber. Speakers can stream HD without the spinning wheel, and remote panelists won’t pixelate mid-sentence.
Can we host an evening party here too?
Yes — and most corporate groups do. Lock the room in the morning for the keynote and sessions, then transform to a dance party or awards night with the same booking. One contract, one venue, one team that already knows your setup.
When is The Patio at Putnam open?
The patio is seasonal — typically May through October, weather permitting. When it’s open, it’s a great cocktail-hour networking space between sessions.
