Hours vary by event. Doors typically open 30–60 minutes before showtime. Check the individual event listing for exact door times, or contact us if you need to confirm for a specific night.

Some events have door tickets available, but it's not guaranteed — shows can and do sell out in advance. Always check the event listing first. When in doubt, buy online to secure your spot.
Refund policies are set by the ticketing platform used for each show. Check the terms on your purchase confirmation. If a show is cancelled or postponed by the venue, we'll communicate details through our social channels and email list.

Guest list availability is managed by the performing artist or promoter for each show. Reach out through the event's promoter, or contact us for specific inquiries.
