Make Me Laugh is looking for the funniest amateur comedians in your area. Our goal is encourage comedy and comedians all throughout the nation and support young comic dreams.
We offer opportunities nationwide and hope to instill a successful attitude for a lifetime. The Prelims are the initial qualifying round of the contest. Winners from the Prelims can also perform in the Semi Finals and Finals.
With Celebrity Judges: Eric Clifford (Schenectady Chief of Police) Kristi Gustafson Barlette (Times Union) and guest comedians Ben Kronberg from (Comedy Central, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Last Comic Standing), Adam Gabel (2016 MML Albany Winner), and Dan Frigolette from (HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, Artie Lange Show).
The Next Step
Make Me Laugh offers hundreds of opportunities across the country to burgeoning comedians. Winning means joining the Comedy’s Best Kept Secret Tour and performing coast to coast and at Hoboken Comedy Festival and NJFunnyfest.
In addition, the Winner will perform three more times in Albany area.
